- James Kamukama is a Ugandan professional of development economics. James currently works as Monitoring, Evaluation and Information Management Coordinator for Mercy Corps. He designs and implements projects in livelihoods building, education and dialogue and community empowerment. James has taught and conducted research in agricultural economics at Makerere University. He holds a Masters degree from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB)/former Agricultural University of Norway (NLH).
