What should be our priority: Poverty or its effects
The war in north of Uganda between the LRA and Ugandan government has escalated poverty levels in the area. it is evident in all return and camp settings that all development efforts for Uganda should not only concentrate in the north but should focus on reducing poverty levels. Policy makers at this level should recorgise a new form of targeting that does not concentrate on households but also on individuals since there are some independently grown up people who dont know about living in a family, yet they are needy and need support.

Effect of harrasing vegetation catching up with Uganda
Uganda has been applauded as being beautiful. This may change very soon if ugandans keep loving charcoal, poles and careless burning of bushes. Have you ever been in Northern Uganda in a typical dry season?
